Soya veggie Mix (Protein Rich) recipe..

Recipe:- First Boil about 3-5 cups of water and add soya chunks to it and little bit of salt. let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove them when they get soft and squeeze the excess water from it.
Heat a pan and add ghee or oil.
Add cumin seeds and muatard seed to it. Add a pinch of asafoetida to it.
Then add chopped garlic and chopped ginger to it. Add green chillies ( you can add ginger garlic paste too).
Add the chopped onions to it and saute till golden brown in color.
Add Chopped french beans, Tomatoes, Capsicum and green peas to it.
You can add veggies of your choice too.
Add Soya chunks to it and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
Then add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder and salt as per your taste.
Add garam masala to it.
Tip:(don't throw away the boiled soya chunk water add it to the pan) Let it shimmer and soak the flavours.
Add 🍋 lemon juice to it and garnish with corainder leaves.
Serve it Hot :)
