Soya Rice (From Scratch).

This dish is literally my go to favourite things to eat....

Ingredients:-Onions,tomatoes,capsicum,Green peas,cauliflower,Turmeric powder,Red chilli powder, salt,garam masala,cumin powder,coriander powder,Rice and soya chunks.


Recipe:-First Let the soya chunks soak properly in warm water and keep it aside till they get the desired softness. Squeeze the excess water out.
Then Heat a pan.Add oil and Mustard seeds and cumin seed to it. Then add ginger- garlic paste to it.
Green chillies for spicy taste.Add Diced onion to eat. Add roughly chopped tomatoes, capsicum,Cauliflower, Carrots to it. Add the green peas and Add the soaked soya chunks to it.
Fry it for a minute and then add The Rice( Let the rice soak in water for 15-20 minutes).
Add a spoon of Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, cumin and coriander powder.
You can add the Masalas of your choice. Here, I have added shahi biryani Masala spice mix to it.
Then add the water.
Tip:-Add double the water example, If one cup of rice is added then add 2-3 cups of water to it.
Add the salt.
Cook the Rice on medium to low flame for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with Coriander leaves:)
