Carrot pudding ( Gajar ka Halwa)

🌀Carrot pudding...(Gajar ka Halwa)
Quick recipe made from carrots. Gajar ka halwa🍧 is one of the most special and famous indian dessert.
And this is the first dessert which I made on my own.     
 First take carrots and wash them thoroughly and then rinse it. Dry them after that peel there outer cover and make carrot shavings(gajar ka kees:).   
  After that Warm a pan then add 3-4 Spoon full of ghee let it melt.                    Then add your carrot shavings in it and Saute it Properly for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame.                      Then add normal room temperature or warm milk 🍶you can add little bit of condensed milk(it's optional) After that let the milk boil and keep the flame at medium. Let all the milk in the pan be absorbed by carrots.              
Add khoya to it (called as curd in english) basically made by milk.              Add sugar as per your need and cardamom to it.                                           Not to forget little bit of nutmeg powder will literally change the whole taste. Add the chopped dry fruits in it.(Pista,cashew,raisins).                     There you go enjoy it warm🌞 or chilled❄.                                     Specially in winters.                                    Do try it and let me know how it tastes :)
